I called because my furnace stopped working, just as it did last year at this time. I called a well-known large company last year and spent 15-30 minutes, followed by many phone calls, trying to upsell me on insurance. and additional services (to the tune of $2000). It put me off, so this time I tried All Phase Heating and AC. WOW… What a difference. Joe came out within 30 minutes of my call and spent his time fixing the problem showing me where it stemmed from. He changed the very dirty air filter and told me to do so every 2 months when using the furnace. None of this was told to me last time around and I can’t even express how grateful I was for the info. He was thorough and informative without any up-sale. He was very friendly and competent. I love this company and will highly recommend them to everybody!
